Moty Cristal is the CEO of NEST group (Negotiation Strategies LTD.), a global consulting company which provides complex negotiations and crisis management training, consulting and operational support to senior executives in the corporate world and governments worldwide. Graduated Bar-Ilan Law School in Israel (1994), and Harvard Kennedy School of Government (1998), and from 1994 to 2001, Mr Cristal served in various official positions in Israeli negotiation teams with Jordan and the Palestinians, and experienced years of intense negotiations. His last position was Deputy Head of the Negotiation Management Center within Prime Minister’s office. Mr Cristal is a Lt. Colonel (R.) in the IDF, with extensive operational experience in crisis negotiation, and lectures worldwide on crisis negotiation, cyber-extortion and complex crisis management. In cooperation with the late Harvard Prof. Roger Fisher, the co-author of “Getting to Yes” and the founder of the Harvard Negotiation Project, He established IPNP (Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners), a network of negotiators in the region. He is a faculty at SKOLKOVO, Moscow's leading Business School, as well as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University, and the Lauder School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia. Mr Cristal commentates, writes and publishes regularly on the international media, international conferences and academic journals on negotiation processes and crisis interventions.
